Jeff Bailey’s is President of Rig-Up Services, Inc. and is involved with every facet of company operations, Electrical, Fabrication and Coatings division. Mr. Bailey began his career at Rig-Up as a shop electrician and over the years accumulated enough hours in-house and out in the field to earn him the status of “Journeyman Electrician”. During this period he became the top field technician and was highly regarded as a first-class trouble shooter and problem solver.

Mr. Bailey was also instrumental in the development of the Fabrications and Coatings division of the present business structure and has overseen their operations since its inception. This combination of services, Electrical, Fabrication and Coatings has allowed Rig-Up to offer a complete turn-key solution for our clients which provides for efficiencies and economies of scale in delivery times and pricing.

Mr. Bailey is continually seeking innovation within the industry without losing sight that quality workmanship and on-time delivery are the touchstone of success for Rig-Up Services, Inc.

 

 

Kevin Laird and Joe Maldonado Jr.

 

Kevin is Chief Operations Officer of Rig-Up Services, Inc. and has been with the firm for over three years. In addition to overseeing overall operation of Rig-Up he is responsible for working up quotes and bids for our customers. As our sales have grown exponentially Mr. Laird has added an assistant, Joe Maldonado Jr. to keep up with the increasing requests for bid.

 

Joe Maldonado Jr. has also been with Rig-Up for more than three years working his way up the ranks to his current and crucial position as assistant bid coordinator. Mr. Maldonado Jr. has gained his vast knowledge of this business through working in virtually every position in our fabrication facility.

 

 

Fabrication and Coatings Division Foremen

 

At Rig-Up Services, Inc.’s Channelview facility is location for the fabrication and coating divisions. The foremen for this facility are Joe Maldonado Sr. (fabrication), Aldo Jaramillo (fabrication) and Redigillo Soto (coating and blasting). Mr. Maldonado is responsible for the daily operational flow of the shop and is the main liaison to management. He handles the flow and scheduling of work orders and provides management with material orders to complete each project.


Mr. Jaramillo oversees each crew in the fabrication facility which includes 80+ welders, fitters and helpers. He works closely with Mr. Maldonado and closely monitors quality and ensures that deadlines are met for each purchase order.


Redigillo Soto has been in the paint industry for more than 35 years and enjoys a reputation without peer in the metropolitan Houston area. Many of our competitors’ paint foremen apprenticed under Mr. Soto in the beginning of their careers. Mr. Soto is the reason Rig-Up enjoys the reputation for high quality work on a consistent basis. Most of our customers do not require inspection between coatings because of the fact that Mr. Soto is the Paint Shop Foreman.  

 

 

Tim Horne

 

Tim Horne is the Electrical Shop Supervisor for Rig-Up’s Electrical Division at our Greensport facility and has been with the company for three years. He oversees the daily operations as well as maintaining paperwork, time sheets and scheduling. His responsibilities also include tracking customer satisfaction with reports to customers as well as Rig-Up management, and handle all employee related issues on a daily basis. At the Electrical Division Mr. Horne oversees 80+ electricians and helpers.
