Rig-Up Services is a highly respected provider of turn-key industrial fabrication and electrical unitization solutions. Rig-Up has three operating divisions including fabrication, coatings and electrical. With over 200 skilled employees, including 80 experienced electricians, Rig-Up provides its customers with high quality products and services delivered on time and on budget.
Our fabrication and coating facility has a 10,000 sq.ft. shop area with two 5-ton overhead cranes and a 1300 sq.ft. parts and tool room plus two paint and sandblasting buildings located on 5 acres on Bear Bayou Dr. in Channelview, Texas. Rig-Up Services also has a facility at Greensport where our electrical division is located employing 80+ certified electricians.
In our Bear Bayou facility we have mig, tig, stick, and portable diesel welding machines, plasma cutters, an industrial cutoff saw and a Piranha iron worker. Additionally we have three forklifts with over 20,000 lb lift capacity, an 8-ton Broderson mobile crane and a 450 ton Chicago Break press allowing us to crimp our own and other’s steel plate. We have over 3,500 square feet of office space on two floors. The entire location is enclosed by 6’ chain link fence with barbed wire along the top and four acres stabilized laydown yard.
