Welcome to our facility which is situated on 5 industrially zoned acres located at 16030 Bear Bayou Dr. in Channelview, TX. The facility has undergone continuous improvements and expansions since Rig-Up purchased the location. Our facility currently has a large. shop area with two 5-ton cranes. In the facility we have MIG, TIG, stick, and portable diesel welding machines, plasma cutters, an industrial cutoff saw and a Piranha iron worker. Also available are three forklifts with over 20,000 lb lift capacity, an 8-ton Broderson mobile crane and a 450 ton Chicago Break press for making our own crimp plate. Our office occupies two floors on the main building. and 4 acres of stabilized lay down yard.
Rig-Up Services is headquartered near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Beltway 8 in the Houston suburb of Channelview, Texas … just 5 minutes from the Port of Houston. Our Channelview property hosts:
- An expansive fabrication shop equipped with heavy-duty overhead cranes and the latest in welding and cutting equipment;
- Three stand-alone, fully enclosed, climate-controlled paint and sandblasting booths;
- A recently added 3,000 sq. ft. building dedicated to a new state-of-the-art Kioke Aronson computer driven cutting machine.
- A large lay-down yard and staging area for final assembly, installations and commissioning.
- From our headquarters in Channelview, Texas Rig-Up’s electricians are dispatched to customer’s sites at the Greensport Industrial Park, throughout the United States, and around the world.
