Today, Rig-Up provides turn-key solutions including complete fabrication, blasting, coating and electrical unitization of drilling rig structures. Rig-Up is one-stop shop providing consistent quality, superior workmanship and competitive pricing with quick turn-around and on-time deliveries.
Rig-Up Services is located at 16030 Bear Bayou Dr., Channelview, TX just outside Houston’s Beltway 8.
Fabrication is accomplished through the use of state-of-the-art machinery and equipment including MIG, TIG, stick, and portable diesel welding machines, plasma cutters, an industrial cutoff saw and a Piranha iron worker.
Also available are three forklifts with over 20,000 lbs lift capacity, an 8-ton Broderson mobile crane and a 450 ton Chicago Break press for making our own crimp plate. Our office space is on two floors of the main building and four acres of stabilized lay down yard.
Additionally, Rig-Up has a 20’ x 60’ blast room using recoverable steel shot and two 20’ x 60’ paint rooms all totally enclosed so that weather conditions do not effect work schedules. Rig-Up prides itself on exceptional blast/paint work and is well known by Max Rowe at DSA Coatings for our superior craftsmanship and exceptional delivery speed.
