In 2008, Jeff Bailey of Rig-Up Electrical Services, Inc. (“RUS”) purchased the assets of Rig-Up Electrical Services, Inc. (“RUES”). As part of the acquisition, RUS acquired all the business interests of RUES and will expand on the 14 year history of the Company through continued excellence in the fabrication of industrial / petroleum related metal structures as well as the turn-key electrical unitization and service of oil-field and petro-chemical components.
With a record 2008 underway, the new management of Rig-Up Services has been successful with its management plan. The future of Rig-Up Services remains bright with orders in-place through June of 2009 and new customers being added monthly.
2008 Brings Unbelievable Growth
The year 2008 brought explosive growth that surpasses that experienced in 2007. So much so that Rig-Up Services, Inc. has purchased a new parcel of land, 44.46 acres, located in Crosby, Texas in order to construct a state-of-the-art facility to accommodate current clients and allow for the growth lined up in queue.
This new facility will actually quadruple our current size and enable us
to more easily handle the enormous work load that is on the books. We plan
to expand our service line as well as develop our own proprietary product.
On the home front, Rig-Up Services.Inc. is nearing completion of the ISO/API
certification process. Our final audit is forecasted to take place towards
the end of September, 2008. Rig-Up is aggressively growing while taking the
steps necessary to ensure quality, safety for employees, and maintain its
“good neighbor” policy.
